Your participating dentist

If you enroll in a DMO option, you’ll need to choose a dentist who participates in the DMO Managed Dental Network. Or, if you enroll in the in-network option of the Dental FOC you'll need to select a dentist who participates in the DMO Managed Dental Network. If you wish to use out-of-network services, you may select a dentist who participates in the Preferred Provider Organization to save money. Your current dentist may already be a member of the network you choose.
