Your participating dentist
If you enroll in the DMO option or for in-network benefits of the Dental Freedom of Choice option, you’ll need to choose a dentist who participates in the DMO Managed Dental Network. If you enroll in the Dental/Vision option or for out-of-network benefits of the Freedom of Choice option, you can select a dentist of your choice. However, if you choose a dentist who participates in the Preferred Provider Organization, you can save money. These dentists have agreed to negotiated fees that may be less than their normal fees. Your current dentist may already be a member of the DMO or PPO network.
