You might choose this option if:

• You want the freedom to choose your own dentist.
• You’re willing to go to a dentist who participates in a Preferred Provider Organization to lower your costs.
• You want to receive coverage for a wide range of dental services—up to $1,700 in eligible dental benefits per family member, per year.
• You don’t want to pay a deductible.

You might not choose this option if:

• Your expected dental expenses are minimal—you may be paying for coverage you don’t need.
• You don’t want to deal with claim forms.
