Is a Benefits 2000 Dental Freedom of Choice (FOC) option for me?
You might choose this option if:
- You want the flexibility to use in-network or out-of-network dentists.
- In-network, you must use a dentist who participates in the DMO Managed Dental Network.
- Out-of-Network, you can use a dentist who participates in the Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) to lower your dental charges.
- You prefer not to pay deductibles when you use in-network dentists.
You might not choose this option if:
- You want to keep your out-of-pocket expenses low, but want the freedom to visit an out-of-network dentist.
- You are not expecting to receive extended dental careyou can pay the lower premium for the other option available to you.
- You and your covered dependents cannot agree to receive care either in- or out-of-network.
