Is a Benefits 2000 Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO) option for me?

You might choose this option if:

• You're comfortable receiving care through a DMO dentist.
• You don’t want to pay a deductible.
• You don’t want to deal with claim forms.

You might not choose this option if:

• You want to go to a dentist who does not participate in the DMO, since you’ll pay the full cost (except in certain emergency situations).
• You’ll need some services, such as dentures, that are covered at 60%, or other services, such as anesthesia, that are covered at 50% under this program.
