Is the Benefits 2000 Dental/Vision option for me?

You might choose this option if:

• You expect to submit up to $1,550 of eligible vision and dental care expenses ($300 limit on vision expenses) for you and your family members combined, each year.
• You’re willing to use a dentist who participates in a Preferred Provider Organization to lower your costs.

You might not choose this option if:

• You have only minor dental or vision care expenses each year—you may not need this coverage.
• You don’t want to deal with claim forms.
