For information on mental health care benefits or to find a participating health care provider, contact your mental health care coordinator at 1-800-626-2212. Names of participating mental health providers are not available on this site or in provider directories. Please note, in the Horizon BCBSNJ Physician Directory, doctors for the PSEG Traditional Deductible Option are listed under Horizon Traditional Indemnity, doctors for PSEG Horizon HMO are listed under Horizon HMO, doctors for the PSEG Point of Service (POS) Option for employees who live in the State of NJ are listed under Horizon POS, and doctors fro the PSEG POS for employees who live outside the State of NJ are listed under Horizon PPO/Blue Card PPO.
