Changes You Should Make Within 31 Days

You can make certain changes online through Your Benefits Resources. Or call 1-800-571-0400 and follow the voice recognition prompts to speak with a Benefits Express representative

Medical and Dental If you're currently enrolled:
  • Enroll your spouse or eligible same-sex domestic partner/civil union for coverage as a dependent
If you aren't currently enrolled:
  • Enroll now
Group Term Life Insurance Program

If you're currently enrolled:

  • Change your designated beneficiary

If you previously waved your coverage:

  • Enroll now

Call 1-800-571-0400 and follow the voice recognition prompts for more information about your Group Term Life Insurance Program or to initiate these changes

Long Term Disability You were automatically enrolled for coverage when you were hired. At this time, you can:
  • Change the amount of your coverage
Reimbursement Account Programs—Health Care and/or Dependent Day Care If you're currently enrolled:
  • Change the amount you contribute

Group Universal Life/Group Variable Universal Life Insurance (GUL/GVUL)

If you're currently enrolled:

  • Enroll for spousal and/or dependent coverage

Thrift Plan
