Changes You Should Make Within 31 Days

You can make certain changes online through Your Benefits Resources. Or call 1-800-571-0400 and follow the voice recognition prompts to speak with a Benefits Express representative

Medical and Dental If you're currently enrolled:
  • Enroll your new dependent for coverage
If you aren't currently enrolled:
  • Enroll now
Group Term Life Insurance Program If you're currently enrolled:
  • Change your designated beneficiary
If you previously waived your coverage:
  • Enroll now
Long Term Disability You were automatically enrolled for coverage when you were hired. At this time, you can:
  • Change the amount of your coverage
Reimbursement Account Programs—Health Care and/or Dependent Day Care If you're currently enrolled:
  • Change the amount you contribute
If you aren't currently enrolled:
  • Start contributing

Changes You Can Make Anytime

Group Universal Life/Group Variable Universal Life Insurance (GUL/GVUL) If you're currently enrolled:
  • Change the amount of your coverage
  • Enroll for spousal and/or dependent coverage
  • Change your designated beneficiary

  • Enroll yourself, your spouse and/or your new dependent now

Postretirement Supplemental Health Benefits Plan If you're currently enrolled:

Thrift Plan If you're currently contributing:
