Whether it's stress or pressure in your personal life or problems on the job, real life can get tough at times. That's why PSEG offers the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP provides individual, confidential assistance in dealing with:
- Marital, family, and relationship problems;
- Drug and alcohol dependency;
- Work and family crises; and
- Other real life issues.
EAP staff members are trained professional counselors who have access to resources that can help you through the rough times. Remember, all calls are confidential and assistance is personal.
