The Travel Accident Insurance Plan offers financial protection for your family in the event of injury or your death while traveling. It offers 24-hour coverage for all employees working outside the United States and 24-hour coverage for accidents of all types when you are traveling on Company business.
Benefits are payable if your death or dismemberment is caused by an injury that occurs while traveling on Company business. If you die as the result of an accident, your survivor may receive a benefit amount equal to five times your annual base pay. The maximum coverage amount is $1 million per individual. If you are dismembered in an accident, you may receive a portion of that benefit.
