Separation Allowance

If you employment with the Company is terminated, you may be eligible for separation allowance benefits. These benefits are in addition to the payment of any accrued but unused vacation pay to which you may be entitled and do not affect your pension benefit or Thrift Plan account.

Separation allowance benefits consist of:

• Severance pay based on your base salary and how long you've worked for the Company;
• Prorated annual incentive awards
• Outplacement services
• Educational assistance
• Health care coverage
• Life insurance

The amount of the separation allowance benefits you receive is based on your job level and whether you are employed as a Key Manager.
