Benefits 2000 Non-Represented

In this section you'll find an introduction to the benefit programs offered under Benefits 2000 for non-represented employees. For plan details, see the appropriate plan under Documents. Most plans, except Short Term Disability, can be found under Summary Plan Descriptions. Short Term Disability is in its own section under Documents.

Am I Eligible?

You're eligible to participate if you're:

• A non-represented employee hired by:
  • PSE&G, PSEG Power, PSEG Services Corporation, and any affiliated subsidiaries after January 1, 1996;
  • PSEG Energy Holdings and any affiliated subsidiaries after January 1, 1997;
  • PSEG USA Inc. after April 1, 1997;
  • PSEG Power NY after May 1, 2000;
  • PSEG Power CT after December 6, 2002;
• Scheduled to work at least 20 hours each week*; and
• Not hired to work on a temporary or limited basis*.

You can also cover your eligible dependents under the plan.

* This criteria does not apply to the Cash Balance Pension Plan or Thrift Plan.
