CHAMP Onsite Fitness Centers
The CHAMP Onsite Fitness Centers at General Office and PSEG Nuclear are full-service professionally staffed wellness facilities. PSEG employees have access to a wide array of cardiovascular equipment, strength training equipment, group exercise classes, and individualized programs to support a healthy lifestyle.
Cost
Employees pay $25 plus tax monthly; Executives (Band E) pay $50 plus tax monthly via payroll deduction for membership privileges.

Complete the Enrollment Form and Liability Waiver below. Return forms to the appropriate CHAMP Fitness Center. The CHAMP staff will evaluate your registration questionnaire. Clearance from your personal physician may be required prior to beginning an exercise program.

Orientation & First Work Out: You will be given your own personal locker as well as an orientation on the facilities policies, procedures, and equipment. If you chose a voluntary personalized fitness test will be administered by a CHAMP staff member.
